Anagram has advisory, financing and project development expertise related to single-asset, portfolio and corporate power generation facilities including natural gas, coal and sustainable fuels. Anagram is additionally experienced in the financing and development of associated transportation and storage facilities, including import/export businesses focused on LNG and alternative fuels including blue and green methanol, ethanol and hydrogen.
Chemicals
Anagram maintains deep chemicals industry experience across both organic and inorganic chemistries. Financing and project development experience includes both U.S. specialty chemicals and select commodity chemicals producers. Experience extends to both traditional chemicals production and green chemicals producers working with sustainable feedstocks and/or less energy intensive production technologies.
Digital Infrastructure
With considerations including power availability, resource availability and power generation for behind meter applications, modern digital infrastructure projects have much more in common with large scale industrial project developments than traditional technology business financings. Anagram is working closely with multiple digital infrastructure developers, asset owners, landowners and equipment providers and has notable cross-functional financing experience in this increasingly important discipline.
Natural Resources
Anagram is deeply committed to promoting increased U.S. critical minerals and materials independence and is focused on related financing and advisory opportunities. Examples include both traditional forestry and agricultural operations, but additionally companies producing economically viable liquid and solid fuels, building materials, packaging materials and specialty chemicals from sustainable lower carbon feedstocks. Anagram experience in these areas also includes financing and project development advisory within the co-products and by-products sectors related to timber and paper mill residuals.

Anagram selectively works with project developers and financing opportunities in niche industries that may not neatly meet the sector specific definitions of traditional advisors. We thrive on opportunities involving new use cases for established technologies, science and technology driven developers transitioning from “pilot or demonstration” scale to commercial scale deployments, and businesses using by-products and co-products from industrial processes to produce valuable new materials. We are highly familiar with the “missing middle” financing gap that often challenges developers of new processes and technologies and have a deep inventory of financing partners, commercial and technical advisors, and investors interested in such opportunities.

Anagram was founded as a specialized financing and project advisory business by principals with more than twenty years of experience financing U.S. and International energy, power, chemicals and specialty manufacturing and associated services assets with a combined transaction value in the multiple billions across hundreds of financings. The foundational belief was that companies developing new assets, particularly those incorporating emerging technologies, require a more expansive type of advisory support than that offered by traditional investment banking service providers.
